Pink LadyŽ apples originated through a natural process of
cross-pollination between a Golden Delicious and a Lady
Williams in the warm sunshine of the Margaret River area, to
the south of Perth in Western Australia in 1979.
They require great care and dedication in growing, since
they mature more slowly than other apples and it is no
accident that the best Pink LadyŽ apples come from areas
close to the best wine growing regions of the world. The
Pink Lady has an excellent shelf life and is extremely slow
to brown when cut.
